                                                        Make No Small Plans
Make no small plans what I think that this means is that you should never make small plans and should always make big plans because you are always going to think big and make big plans. You should always make big plans because if your in a sport you are always

                                                          Do What They Fear
What I think that this quote means is that you should "do what they fear" you should do what they fear because if you do what they fear because if you do what they fear you are going to become smarter than them. If you do what they fear you are going to become smarter because you did what they feared and they are not going to be smarter than you. If you are in a sports team and they are playing unfair and they keep cheating on your team you should do what they fear and play your best and not cheat and prove them wrong that what they did for cheating against your team they are not going to do.

                                                         Are willing to prepare
What I think that this quote means is that you should always 'are willing to prepare" you should always be willing to prepare because if you want to go to a university that you have always wanted to go then you should be willing to prepare to go to that university to go to that university. I you want to be a good sports player and be good in more than one sport you should be willing to prepare to be good at several sports. If you want to get betters grades in school because you got bad grades before you should be willing to be getting better grades in your school.

                                                      Are willing to risk failure
What I think that this quote means is that you "are willing to risk failure" what I think that this quote means is that you are willing to risk failure because if you are practicing a sport and you are trying to get better you are risking failure by trying to get better because you are going to not be good in the sport because you are going to start bad and then you are going to be getting better and in the sport.  If you are risking risking failure in your job to try to be the employee of the the month you are going to risk failure because if you dont become the employee of the month then you risked failure but will try to get better and be the employee of the month the next month.
